*The floor preparation process for epoxy coating Before any coating is applied, we fully prepare your floor/ countertop by grinding/sanding the entire surface and filling any cracks, gaps, and pits. This gives us a completely smooth, porous surface to begin with. ​Once we've finalized your desired color & design, we apply a seal coat and then a layer of our highly durable, eco-friendly epoxy topcoat. Once the topcoat is applied, you can get back to your regular use of the space in just 72 hours. Job completion time frame 3 to 5 days
